2007-2008 Class Registration

Register In Person:
Fall Registration 4:00 to 7:00 pm at BAW
Wednesday, August 29th, Thursday, August 30th and Wednesday, September 5th

Register Online:
Student/Parent Information, Class Selection, and Preferred Payment Option can be submitted online by using the Online Registration Form.

Payment must then be either brought or mailed to BAW.

Payment Options:

• 1st payment is due on or before Sept. 10th (Fall Term weeks 1-8)
• 2nd payment is due on or before October 10th (Fall Term weeks 9-16)
• 3rd payment is due on or before January 10th (Spring Term weeks 1-8)
• 4th payment is due on or before February 10th (Spring Term weeks 9-16)

There will be a late charge fee of $5.00 if payment is submitted after scheduled due date.

There is a one time registration fee of $25.00

Ballet Arts Worcester will accept payments made in full.

All payments will be accepted through cash or check.
A $25.00 service fee will be charged for returned checks.

Payments must be received prior to student participating in dance class.

Family Discount- When one family member is registered with the most hours at full price, each additional member enrolled will receive a 10% discount.
